Stay in room 312. My son got a rash all over his body from the hot tub. I'm not happy about that. It smelled like there were too many chemicals, making it hard to breathe. I only stayed in the tub for about 10 minutes; I couldn't stay longer. I'm so disappointed this time. I've been there about 5 times so far. The hot tub made my body feel dry and itchy. Not good. I hope you understand. I would be happy to receive half off the price the next time I visit. Thank you.

Discriminated by employee

Not only was my family disappointed by the lack of professional employees working there. i was treated like no human being, discrimination of my race,was crushed by the employees, evicted overnight with my children and then I reached out to the store manager Jon Stircker by phone and e-mail still no word for anyone. No refund no apology no consideration. Sad

We believe in treating all of our guests with respect and dignity and try to make them feel right at home. On multiple occasions, we received complaints of excessive noise coming from the room you were in. Unfortunately, since the noise levels did not go away, our staff was left with no other choice but to evict you and your family. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and we wish you the best on your future travels.
