The elevator shakes and the staff didn’t want to give us water after the little concession area was closed and they had attitude about it, which was weird.

Our room was so small that there was not even a comfortable chair to use to read. Very disappointed in this. We have been going to this hotel several times a year to see my son for 14 years. The Berkeley/ San Francisco area is unsafe ain’t many ways so not exactly a vacation spot anymore.
