The rooms were cramped but reasonable quality, but there were old soap bars in the bathroom and hairs on one of the beds. The staff apologised the next day and said we’d get a call but it’s been a week. People were slamming doors outside our room after midnight. On the positive side if you are into gaming and themed venues and partying all night this might be your venue, the bar / games room was right next to the accommodation.

There was not water coming out on the hot water tap at all.
Couldn’t contact anyone on site to have issue fixed terrible system in placed.

I was a bit iffy when i first pulled up but it was such a good set up, room was great with a spa bath and dinner from the bistro (although no room service, you could take away from the bistro to your room) was absolutely delicious. The staff were all helpful and friendly and the night was peaceful and quiet and bed was comfy.
