Great hotel, great location

Improvement: Continetal buffet was quite limited. No proper bread, no ham, no cheese etc

Fina rum och fräsch hotell. Tråkig lobby och Konstig service där man betalar rummet vid incheckning och man måste betala för varje enskilt köp på hotellet separat vilket gör det struligt. Skall ett hotell vara 4-stjärnigt bör man tex kunna beställa dricka och sätta på rummet utan problem.

The lighting in the dining room was such that, combined with a menu printed in small, light text, made it difficult to read without the aid of a torch. We weren't the only diners using mobile phone torches to read the menu.

Overnight stop off in Newcastle

Our room was fine and the staff friendly, as we were meeting up with family we did not use the dining facilities.
We would definitely stay there again.

From check in to check out staff were friendly efficient and helpful the breakfast and dinner staff were also attentive and welcoming.
One or two areas of the hotel starting to look a little in need of redecorating but didn’t spoil our stay.
