Dear Fredrik,Thank you so much for staying with us and for rating your stay. you rated your stay as 4/5 and we always look for 5/5, would be good to have some specifics where we can improve. I am not sure if you used the facilities or benefits from the FACILITY FEE. You should, you have a lot of discounts in SHOWS, MUSEUMS, ATTRACTIONS, RETAIL STORES, TOURS ETC....., IS REALLY A GREAT BENEFIT.Another great feature of our hotel is entertainment, we have on the fourth floor every day of the week, in GREEN ROOM 42, we have OFF BROADWAY SHOWS, with excellent performances, please check it before booking, you may find something of your interest while at the hotel.Looking forward to having a chance to serve you better in the future.Looking forward to welcoming you back soon.Sincerely,Jorge Tito

Små men funktionella rum. Bra städning. Ointresserad och okunnig personal med ett undantag. Fick betala någon form av avgift på ca 450kr per natt. På frågan om vad det var kunde damen i receptionen inte svara på det.
Otroligt strulig bagage hantering.

Inskickad 7 juni 2022 på HotelsGreat place to stay. Cool design, very nice terrace bar, well equipped gym, very good location and affordable prices. Stayed here before and will do again. Good for both business and pleasure travelling.

Definitely the location is a great plus of our hotel, close to all the iconic venues in midtown, in Hells Kitchen, all together makes our location perfect for leisure or for business.
Our GYM, is very well equipped. with a great variety of equipment, including peloton bikes etc....

Average. Some broken and damaged things in the room. Not the best location. Breakfast was average (food not hot enough).
