I’ve stayed at compass cove a few times and usually we have a great experience. This time the room was not clean. The refrigerator didn’t cool. There was a couple bugs. The tub had a horrible smell coming from the drain.
It needs updating to say the least.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We take the cleanliness of our hotel very seriously, and we’re sorry that we didn’t meet your expectations. We have raised the issue with the relevant cleaning staff and arranged for a refresher training session to make sure that, going forward, our high standards are always met. We have also scheduled a large renovation to begin in the Fall of 2024.

It was a nice stay. Hotel amenities such as Starbucks, gift shop, restaurant have longer hours. Room was very clean, bed could use pillowtop mattress. Hotel was close to where we were visiting.

The sunrise ocean view was beautiful. No toilet paper in room on arrival.Took two calls and 2 hours to get toilet paper.
Toilet was stopped up upon arrival. Took two calls and two maintenance visits and hour to get unstopped. Sheet was too small for the bed so it couldn't be tucked in. There was a 2 inch diameter hole in top sheet. Flooring was dirty and slippery on arrival. Black mold on bathroom walls. 1 1/2" diameter hole in closet floor to unit below.
