Wonderful hotel but we had to wait over 45 minutes past the check in time since the room was not ready.

The room wasn’t ready at 6pm and then the next day we got locked out of our room because the latch was broken. They had to send an engineer to physically unscrew the door. It was fine otherwise but not the high quality experience we are used to with this hotel.
The staff person at the front deck was rude when our room wasn’t ready two hours after check in time. Didn’t offer any sort of credit or anything for the inconvenience. Overall, I don’t know if we’ll be back or not.

Let's just say it's not what it used to be. Our shower was in the kitchen area, with a door that didn't lock, there was no window in the living area and although we checked in at 11 with a promise of the room being ready shortly, we returned at 330 to find out they needed an another 45 minutes to prepare it. As I said, not what it used to be.
