Superläge i ”the village”

Flygplatsbussen (747) stannar i princip utanför dörren.
De har ingen som kan ta hand om din resväska om du har en tidig ankomst eller sen avgång. Man får ställa väskan i receptionen på egen risk.

I like inside the hotel , the breakfast was good , but the parking was horrible, the long queues to get breakfast was bad, the view outside the hotel looked like a slum.

Breakfast was fine. Not many options. Cleaning staff did not clean our room for 3 days. We called and told the cleaning staff to clean but they did not.

The hotel itself is great. The amenities are great, the pool, the gym and the sauna are in good conditions. The breakfast is simple and it’s buffet style. The staff is nice. However around the property is really dirty and scary we travelled with kids and we couldn’t walk around there a lot because of the smell, the people and the streets.

Spend your money in another place. Hyatt did not live up to their name. The room was average. Blankets were cheap quality, shower was cold and had no water pressure, housekeeping was not done even after reminder. Elevators were broken. Took several minutes to get a ride. Parking spaces are very tight. Not suitable for a mid size SUV or a van. Breakfast room had long wait lines. Food quality was average.

i love the staff and their welcoming. However, i found there is no microwave in my room which is $250 per night. Also no shower gel in the wash room.

Parking was quite a hase and it wasnt clear if the price included parking or not..We were a bit surprised to aee us charged for parking at$20/day.
Wish this was made clearer
