Okay but plumbing issues.

The hotel room was okay. My biggest issues were that the tub faucet, hot water side, had no pressure at all. The water dribbled out. To fill the tub to a level of two to three inches LITERALLY took an hour. I watched a television program while listening to it dribble. Eventually, realizing it was going to take too long to get the desired level of about 5 inches I did the best I could. The other issue is that to turn the hot water side off you just didn't turn the water like normal. I had to align the shower/tub faucet perfectly with the hot water dribble side. There was no such thing as the normal turn off until the faucet stem closed. I did report that issue to the front desk. A young man came to check but by then I had figured it out. It was very frustrating. The restaurant was fine. The server very good and food fine. The heated pool was great. Love the duck habitat and the cute floor cleaning robot that patroled the main area. Very good downtown location. All in all, though, I consider it an average hotel.

The service was great. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Jodi at the restaurant was incredible and even sang some Madonna for us! We were allowed early check in. The pool area is amazing.
