Arnaque
Inskickad 23 feb. 2020 på HotelsFuyez grosse arnaque. J'ai reserve dans cet hotel et quelues jours avant mon arrivee on mannonce qu'il y a une fuite d'eau et quils ne peuvent pas me recevoir. On me propose un autre hotel qui est d'après eux d'un meilleur standing. Sauf que ce n'est absolument pas le cas. Et ponpon, a min retour on me demander de payer 300e de caution et de frais de menage alors que je n'ai pas séjourné la bas.

pesimo servicio en general la peor estadia
Inskickad 6 feb. 2020 på Hotelsnunca me dieron el servicio de limpieza a la habitacion,el aire acondicionado estaba con llave no se podia regular la bañera tapada un verdadero asco. en la recepcion te dicen que no se hacen cargo por haber alquilado un condominio, y al recepcion del condominio tampoco me dio ninguna solucion. nos an echo pasar la peor estadia nunca cambio de sabanas ni toallas en 10 dias

Thank you for your message. We are sorry to hear all of this after your departure. In the arrival information we gave you our property manager phone number for anything you need plus you can alway email us as well. We respond within minutes. You rented a vacation rental not a hotel and the cleaning is for departure cleaning not for daily house cleaning this is why you paid a discounted rate.

The location was excellent right on Sunny Isles Beach, room was clean. Property manager Gaby was quick to respond and took care of any issue immediately. Couple of constructive suggestion- Please let the guest know that the actual unit is in Ramada Plaza. Ocean Front Miami and 19201 Collins Ave ends up at Ramada Plaza and you are left wondering if you have reached wrong location and the location right in busy rode it was a struggle to reach out to property manager to confirm that. Second the unit has almost everything you need, it would be nice to have an Iron & Iron board. Overall our stay was pleasant and we would stay again.

Inskickad 22 okt. 2019 på HotelsLa bañadera estaba tapada desde el primer dia. En la cama de la ventana estaba llena de chinches de cama. Tuve decenas de picaduras y mate a 4 chinches. El resto todo muy bueno

Thank you for your comments. We wished you would have called or email us we have a property manager on duty for anything you may need. You stayed 21 days and we never heard anything from you. We would hope you come back to make your beach stay even better.

Absolutely Disgusting
Inskickad 16 juni 2019 på HotelsI was greeted rude was ask how many days I will be cleaning the room , when ask for the key, there was spider webs and dead roaches inside the dresser door , to much dust all over, blood on the pillow, pay $ 185 deposit plus $150 cleaning fee at check out but was ask to make sure all sheets and towels be taking out of the bed and left in the floor , this job was for the cleaning crew we pay for. Do not ret this piece of crap !!
