A pleasent stay
Inskickad 16 nov. 2021 på HotelsVery comfortable bed. Nice and serviceminded staff. Check in and out went smoothly. Will return in 4 days and then hope for a room with a nicer view. Would recommend this hotel.

Helt ok hotellrum. Ganska litet, men det gick bra för två nätter. Sköna sängar och fräscht badrum. Lite slitna möbler.

The people working in the reception makes the stay
Inskickad 22 mars 2021 på HotelsThe people working here are so nice! All of them. Easy check in and out. The room is not big but not small. It was clean and quiet.
The only thing is that our coffee machine didn't work, and the safety box (we asked for new batteries and it worked)
So overall 4/5! 10-20 min ubers to go anywhere which is great. 10 minutes to a huge mall and 5 min away is a Starbucks, CVS and Wholefoods which was great!

Night staff was fairly rude, shower dripped all night (loudly) and to not receive complimentary breakfast for what the room cost was for one night was in one word a “ripoff”.

That was my first time and of course it is not my last one! Amazing place ! Very good price very friendly and I will back soon . Next time when I visit Miami again i will choose eurostars

The location—close to everything, the stuff was on top of the duty, and nice and cozy room.

The hotel itself was awesome. It was close to everything downtown and close to the cruise port. The man up front must have been new. He took a very long time on the customer in front of us. When he got to me, he said my room had been canceled due to card issues (I called them before the stay and informed them the card I used was shut off due to fraud. They said I could update it when I arrived). The manager arrived and easily fixed the issue. I don’t blame the employee as he seemed new. But I don’t know why they would let him run a nice hotel in downtown Miami himself if he wasn’t ready. Other than that it was great and I have recommended the hotel to family going to Miami later in the month.
