My kids and I stayed here and we had a great time. Very close to the beach which is what we were looking for. Staff was very friendly. Not a lot of options for basic food for my kids, but food was good otherwise. Will stay here again.

I found our stay at Eden Roc offensive. 1) I prepaid for "daily breakfast", but once there, was told that only included a continental breakfast. Had it said that, I wouldn't have prepaid for it. 2) ordered "Scallops" from the menu for $22. Received one scallop, and was then told it was $22/scallop. 3) Ordered 2 margaritas at the pool for $68. It was cold and rainy on our way back from our continental breakfast, no one at all was sitting around the pool. My wife and I sat for a moment on one of the covered bedlike lounges to talk about what to do that rainy day. Immediately, an attendant ran up to tell us we couldn't sit there without paying for it. I tip well and the staff was nice to us, but the hotel nickeled and dimed us at every opportunity. We found we had to ask, "exactly what does it cost , and what does it include?"... for everything.

not the best, for the price it was average. Service was decent but not exceptional. Lots of hidden charges and wifi was wonky for the price

Edén Roc charged him for the room that he had already paid for with you, informing him that you never sent the confirmation when I have the confirmation in my email and the literal payment was stolen from me, they say it was Hotels.com and you say it was them

The property, rooms and amenities were all very nice, but the overall impression left with me was the friendliness of the staff. Everyone we encountered from the hotel, restaurants, valets, bellman, bartenders were all kind, welcoming and professional.

Needs an update

I have not stayed here since 2017 but the hotel is now dated and obvious signs of neglect is showing. The carpets in front of the ballroom it really disgustingly dirty and that shew very poor maintenance. Our room balcony rail was broken. Our balcony furniture only appeared on day two? The staff at breakfast was rude and contradicted each other. It was a bit of a comedy but certainly not professional. Other staff was great. We asked the Concierge if she could see if we could get a booking at NOBU and she said sorry but we could do a walk-in. A few hours later I found a booking on line. She obviously did not do her best. We asked for late checkout and the front desk person was pretty rude in saying we could only pay for an extension. I get that but there are ways to say something in a friendly manner. She certainly did not display a friendly service attitude. The bar personnel, pool staff and doormen were absolutely great. The person that checked us in was very friendly as well and did an awesome job with an upgrade.
