Not very affordable. No instructions on how to regulate air conditioning. TV channels not transmitting. Express service in Harry's non existent. Below par what is normal with hotel of this standard.

Definitely not 5* An old hotel which need to be renovated. Smell of the old place in the room. Spa is very bad.. spa it's like cold small sauna and 5 meter long swimming pool.. The waiting should have been reviewed and downgraded to 4* max.

Check in very slow (25 mins) Room clean with good facilities. Gold plated tap ware looking a bit tired as well as the ensuite mirror. TV remotes a bit problematic although staff were quick to provide a replacement. Very comfortable bed enabled a good night’s sleep. Check out quick and efficient. Great position in the east end of the cbd.
