Slitet hotell men med mycket servicemainded personal. Behöver verkligen en upprustning av rummen. Personalen räddade vistelsen.

Nothing can have changed here since it was built in the 90s. Room did not feel clean and espacially not the bathroom.
Breakfast does not live up to a 4 star hotel, service at the breakfast was terrible with no serving of water even if asked after and no water at the buffé.

3 days family vacation
Inskickad 31 juli 2022 på HotelsWe decided to stay at Heritage primarily because of the close vicinty to Metro Manila, Mall of Asia and the airport.
Before we booked the hotel we looked at the reviews for June and July 2022 and almost all lifted up how service minded the staff is. In this respect we totally agree. On check-in for example you upgraded our room free of charge and when our son got sick and had to go to the emergency you drove us there without any cost. We also want to lift up the reasonable prizing per day in comparison to other hotels.
On the other hand, there is room for improvement when it comes to the breakfast selection. There are very few choices for Westerners in the form of bread, cold cuts, juices and so on. Considering the closeness to the airport and your reasonable prizing you will attract many tourists in the future and therefore the breakfast need to be improved. Furthermore, the swimmingpool area is ok but the gym is outdated and need new equipment.
All in all, a nice hotel and we will for sure return again in the future.
