Perfekt plats att bo på, underbar (men dyr om den inte betalas genom bokningen) frukost. rent och fint.. lite liten pool bara.

I ask the one who entertained us at the reception to have an upgrade because of the VIP option for free upgrade but i was told right away either to check in early which is like around 12 noon already than to offer the free upgrade option...the receptionist needed more training in handling guests about this...

The lobby has a strong smell and the room small, I asked for a bigger room but they declined.

The room was spacious and had what we needed. The decor and aesthetics were a bit plain and old, not what I was expecting of a suite. The breakfast buffet was impressive in its breadth of choices & cuisines! I did have trouble during seating. I was given a window table that was being cleared, but when I got my food and came back, it had been given away to someone else. I was not happy about that unexpected switch. Otherwise, service was great, especially at the Spa.
