Inskickad 9 mars 2023 på HotelsLa camera era troppo calda. Impossibile ridurre la temperatura anche con le finestre aperte. 23 gradi sono troppi e non salutari. Ancora una volta una jacuzzi non adeguata; la temperatura non era quella ottimale di 39 gradi.

This 5 star hotel really meets all of my expectations. I would like to thank Marco and all of the staff for making my family and I feel welcomed. The housekeeping turns down your beds in the evenings, the shuttle to the slopes was SUPER convenient, we only waited 5 minutes tops! Ski rentals was super convenient, and we booked ski lessons right in the lobby with Alberta. Our stay was memorable and its largely because of the wonderful experience provided by the Alpen Suite Hotel!
