Motel standard
Inskickad 2 nov. 2021 på HotelsI would not stay here again nor recommend this to anyone else. Thankfully, I only stayed two nights. It looks like a converted parking house, you can hear everything from the corridors and neighbouring rooms. There are gangs of young people drinking, smoking and shouting on the street this hotel is located on which makes it very loud. The room has no daylight and if you wish to shower in warm water you need to run the water for 5-10minutes in advance.

Thank you very much for your open words. We regret if we did not meet your expectations and if you felt disturbed by the nightlife outside. All our rooms do have daylight and we suggest our quieter rooms facing the court on a future stay.

I keep returning
Inskickad 28 aug. 2019 på HotelsOver time Ameron Flora has become one of my preferred hotels in Luzern. Especially for the short trips. The hotel is conveniently close to the train station yet not directly on the busy main street. Unless you know where it is there is a risk you'll pass by as there in no proper sign on the wall. If you miss it you'll after a few steps reach the scenic river with a fantastic view of the old town across the other side. Then just turn back and you'll see the hotel half way back to the main street.
The hotel is modern and has most of the things you'll need for a short stay. As most hotels in town you will find bussloads of tourists but otherwise it caters more for business travellers.
There is still no gym at the hotel making it less attractive to me for a longer stay but the location and breakfast selection makes me turn back again and again

Mi único tema es que hubo un problema con mi reserva (por mi culpa) pero tardaron 24h en tomar una resolución. La gerente nunca me habló como lo prometió, y al final terminé pagando el walk in rate.
