Horrible customer service

great new building, nice pool and common space...the unit needed more glasses and dishes

Nice and comfortable appartement
Inskickad 12 mars 2020 på HotelsThe appartement is located in a new and nice complex with a heated pool and a gym. The neighborhood is safe and quite. However some residents do not respect the « quite » zone and it could be noisy mostly Friday and Saturday night around the pool area. The appartement is nice but it lacks of kitchen tools! So if you plan to cook, be aware that there is not so much pot/pan, silverwares. Otherwise, it is comfortable.

Danielle and monica are the BEST ..also very peaceful and tourist friendly ...housekeeping was amazing believe her name was LAURA....100% satisfird

We loved this property. So convenient to the West of LA and Santa Monica, quiet residential area. Apartment was perfect, everything you could have wanted. Check in was easy and we were met at the property and the keys handed over. Thought the price very reasonable and less hidden costs as there would have been on other providers starting with air. Would definitely go back there.

The location itself was great, but the apartment we stayed in was not clean at all and was a damp 1st floor unit. We ended up purchasing our own bath towels to use because the ones provided did not seem clean. All the surfaces and sheets were also not very clean and the apartment overall had a bit of a damp/musty smell that stayed on our clothes after we left. There weren’t many amenities on site (one half used roll of paper towels, one bar of soap, etc.) for our 5 day stay, so we also ended up having to replenish those ourselves. The space itself is very large and nice but just has not been maintained very well/is not very clean or comfortable. However, Monica was very nice at the check-in/check-out process.

Had a great stay, comfortable apartment to stay with a small family, and a very good location. Maybe the kitchen could be a bit better equipped (and kitchen gear better cleaned) but besides that, I absolutely recommend this place, we enjoyed our stay and also appreciate the quick communication between host and us to help with questions!

Monica was very helpful at the checkin. However the house was dirty, full of dust. The refregirator, the kitchen cabinets and the dryer was dirty. I had to clean them. The kitchen appliances were old and pans were like trash. I asked the manager for new ones but did not reply for a long time. Next day Monica brought a new pan set. The apartments are ok but very noisy. The management needs improvement.

Sorry if you had to clean some stuff by yourself, you could have called our customer service about this that way we were able to send someone or Monica to do the cleaning for you.
