Utebliven service
Inskickad 19 sep. 2023 på HotelsBodde 4 nätter, ingen städning ingick. Mycket litet rum med en pentrydel som bestod av ett smalt hål i väggen..
Saknade reception, den personal som ändå fanns vid entrén kunde inte hjälpa till med service (typ boka taxi) utan allt fick man sköta själv på nätet.

Inskickad 7 juni 2022 på HotelsFräscht comfort living hotell. Man checkar in online, ingen riktigt lobby men väldigt trevligt personal. De serverar ingen frukost men rummen har små kök om man önskar laga egen. Rummen är små (det vi hade) men väldigt välplanerade. Inget onödigt
