Fantastiskt läge och härlig utsikt. Det tar lite för lång tid att bli serverad i restaurangen. Inredningen i både rummen och korridorerna börjar se lite slitna ut. Service charge för rummen borde ingå i rumspriset och inte komma på när man checkar ut.

Otroligt bra läge, både tåg och tunnelbana under själva hotellet vilket gör det supersmidigt att ta dig hit från Gatwick exempelvis. Fantastiskt trevlig och hjälpsam personal, utmärkt frukostbuffé med många olika val. Har inga klagomål alls, bara utsikten från rummet, restaurangen och baren var värd att bo här för. Promenadavstånd till Tower bridge!
