Fint, enkelt och mycket trevig personal
Inskickad 25 okt. 2017Fint och enkelt. Tak över huvudet i vistelsen i London. Smidigt och bra. Snälla, schyssta och tillmötesgående personal.
Inte långt till centrala London, bra och stor galleria i Ilford, även i Statford (10 min med metro)
Fräsch och skön att bo i Rotana.
Två mindre bra saker är distansen till metro (dock inte jättelångt, ca 5-7 min promenad) och frukosten (dock bättre än inget och bra med tanke på priset och att det ingår)

Inskickad 1 aug. 2022 på HotelsHotel was under construction, had to drag our suitcases across rubble and brick to get to your room with no prior warning for this, bar that was stated to be open was desolate didn’t even have glasses, receptionist was rude, didn’t sleep as work stopped at 11 then started again at 6am and families with arguing and running around all night and crying babies, man banged on door at 1am go give back my ID that had been sat on the desk all night and receptionist didn’t return?

Inskickad 31 juli 2022 på Hotelsi booked a hotel via hotels.com for 29th July 2022 check in (Location: Ilford), Rotona Hotels. I reached hotel around 11 PM, i was surprised to see there is no such property exist in the location, the hotel was closed before 2020 and the property booking details are still active and available with Hotels.com. it was around 11:00 PM and the owner asked me to leave the property. Just imagine in a completely new city, almost midnight you are being asked to leave nowhere with all your luggages. After a long quarrels with property owner she said for the past two years many people come asking them with same booking related queries and property owner herself send many compliment mailers to hotel.com to remove the property from the site. But no response from them for the past two years. Still charging people for accommodation. the property owner asked me to reach out to customer care which I did but due to their working hours i was not able to reach, no emergency contact details were updated .
Even after many days i am still trying to reach customer care team to discuss further for my refund, still there is no response from Hotels.com service team. After looking at all the postive reviews i was thinking this is a legitimate service, now i really doubt these postive reviews are just to attract people.
