Old, Humid (smell of fungus) but Beautiful hotel

In the old side as well as the remodelled side by the english bar and restaurant.
The sheets were humid almost wet all the time.
Very dissapointing for a 5 star hotel. The service was excellent!!!!
I cannot recommend the hotel to stay but I do recommend the food and to see it Only!!!

Solicité beneficios VIP al hacer check in pero la persona en recepción consultó con un supervisor por que no sabía y no me dieron ningún beneficio por lo que sería bueno que si se anuncian cómo propiedad VIP Expedía que otorguen los beneficios.

Marquee property in Lima. Elegance galore, excellent service and attention. Iconic and unique venue, incredibly well kept, attentive to details and very enjoyable.

Es muy buena en todo aspecto aunque en precio es muy elevado en el área.

The property is lovely and in a good location. If I received any VIP upgrades I was not aware. I needed to travel home one day earlier and they would not refund the $ even though I gave them 5 days notice. There were also ongoing issues with erroneous charges fir the mini bar and room service. When booking adds solo traveler I was not able to purchase breakfast for one - had to pay for 2 breakfasts but staff made a fuss when I invited a second guest to breakfast. I am surprised that this considered one of the lading hotels in the world.
