Dead pigeon outside the window, room 225, AC so dirty that dirt was coming out into the shower

Turn the heating up and clean more thoroughly

Could do with a deeper clean, edges to shower door, around toilet and room edges are dirty. Basic checks would see the sink plunger doesn't stay in and the aerator from tap is missing and no bag in the bin. Not happy that heating cannot be turned up higher than 23 Average basic room, but for the price in a city centre it was ok

Dear Guest , Thank you for choosing to stay with us and for taking your time to leave us a review.In line with our value proposition, we focus all our efforts in providing a comfortable stay to all our guests.Although we do not provide coffee and tea facilities in our rooms, you can find a hot drinks machine and our vending machines providing soft drinks and snacks at reception. we do hold a small selection of additional items to use free of charge, such as hairdryers, irons/ironing boards, charger, additional towel, all of which can be requested from our front deskdirectly.
