Not as good as usual

The room was in poor repair. Shower did not work right, bathroom door did not latch, peeling wallpaper, chipped/flaking drywall, and the paint work looked like it was done by a toddler.

Terrible value for the dollar.

300$ a night for dirty sheets, plugged sink, tub spout coming off the wall, outlets didn’t work, broken soap dispenser and soap so old the were crusted over. I’ve been to better 60$ a night hotels.

Very disappointed

We scheduled a room with 2 queen beds and upon arrival all they had was a king bed with a pull out bed. The couch bed had a terrible mattress and the frame was broken it was half moon shaped and unusable. The hotel said that they couldn't do anything about it because we booked it through a third party and the mix up was the fault of hotels.com. the price of the room was outrageous but we needed a place to stay. Not at all happy with the hotel or hotels.com. I don't usually rate or comment on stuff but this was ridiculous.
