Fräscht med otrevlig personal
Inskickad 24 juni 2023 på HotelsFräsch hotell nära Freemont experience, men nej, här skulle jag inte rekommendera någon att bo. Jag trodde att alla hotell var väldigt serviceminded i Las Vegas för de vill att man ska lägga pengar på spel mm, men inte detta hotell.
Incheckning var kass, otrevlig & ointresserad.
Poolen endast öppen till 18 (!!!!???) - värdelöst.
Frukost ingick tydligen bara för två, trots att vi var fyra. Den var förövrigt rätt värdelös- så gå hellre ut & ät.
Frågade om detta i receptionen & hon ryckte på axlarna & kunde inte ens bjuda på det….
Frågade om tips på olika saker- de visste ingenting & gav oss några flyers. Inget kylskåp på rummet vilket är märkligt på hotell av denna standard
Nej, bo någon annanstans om du åker till Vegas.

Never again

First time there was asking where to park.
Line to check in was ridiculous long .
Room was dirty bathroom and sheets were dirty.
Noisy , it’s party central
Music till the bar downstairs shuts down .

I did not spend much time at the hotel. I went out and came back to sleep. There was a problem with my original room. Staff wonderful accommodated me moved to another room. I was near Freemont st. I always felt safe.
