Perfect hotel for family

Did weekend trip with Kids. Clean and convenient hotel to stay in. I checked in via Mobile app and room was ready by 1:30 pm. No casino and crowds so it's perfect for family. Kids loved the layout and wants to come back. Highly recommended.

My Flt was cancelled and had to come the next day. You are charging me for the day I wasn't there though I had no control. pretty crappy service and decision

I've stayed at the Delano, formerly The Hotel, on five previous occasions. That includes two stays in January. It used to be the height of luxury but now it has been overtaken by the newer mid Strip hotels. It feels rundown. The staff can be unhelpful compared to other hotels. It has also been taken over by NFL fans now that it is the hotel nearest to the Allegiant Stadium. I like it. I had a good time. But it's not what it was.

This is NOT a Five Star Resort!

Very disappointed with our recent stay at the Delano in Las Vegas, we were met with several disappointments, including broken EV chargers, expensive parking fees, lack of amenities like slippers and robes, and overpriced room service. The hotel lacks the presence of valets, housekeeping, and other staff throughout the stay. We will not be returning and hope for better prices and quality from other hotels in the future. The existence of valets, housekeeping, and any sort of attendant is nonexistent. It feels as if you are completely unattended to while you’re in the hotel. Perhaps this is a new style of hospitality that is geared towards improving profits, but it certainly feels as if you’re completely neglected the entire time you were staying in this property. There is no contact with any kind of employee from the hotel from the time you arrive till the time you leave.
