Okey, men frukosten ställdes in p.g.a Corona. Tycker att dom kunde haft bröd och annat som tillhör frukosten. Kaffe fanns. Frukosten var betald, men ingen återbetalning.

Room was comfortable for two people. It was close to the river and restaurants. We've stayed there twice now, so the value is good.

When I went to the reception to check in, the worker asked me for my ID and bank card, at that moment it seemed to me that he didn’t know that I bought a room through Expedia, so I asked, the man didn’t even listen to me and told me to get out of here and that he is canceling reservations. The tone of his voice was very rude and arrogant, he asked me what country I was from, and when I answered, he hinted that I should go back there. Finally, when he finally bothered to explain the situation to me, he told me never to return to this hotel again. As a result, I was insulted, the receptionist did not show any hospitality.

Let me begin by saying sorry for the misunderstanding or miscommunication you had due to your language barrier, however, he was well aware of the room being paid online to Expedia the card he had requested was for incidental which is required anywhere you are checking in. According to the video clip that includes audio it seemed that you were refusing to provide any debit/credit or cash for incidental deposit to check in, to check into the room you are required to debit/credit card or cash deposit. However, it was clear that you had 2 extra unclaimed guests and you didn't want to get charged for them which is why you took half an hour arguing and not wanting to give any form of deposit. Your reservation was for 4 guests in the room with 2 queen beds where it was 6 adults stayed in 2 queen beds and you know your rate would have been different if you had claimed all 6 adults. And very sorry again if you feel insulted by the receptionist.

No light in the bathroom, toilet lid was broken, vanity was tiled tiles were cracked broken and missing, the room smelled, pillows were old and flat, a continental breakfast was advertised but no area was set up. Building and grounds are run down the room was dingy and not at all like the photos provided.

We are sorry to hear that your stay with us was unpleasant, however, you were checked into room #151 which is one of our updated rooms so not sure how there were cracked broken, and missing tiles at the vanity, and you stayed for 3 nights so if there was no light in the bathroom you should have informed the front desk they would have taken care of the problem. Also, I am not sure where you see the advertising for breakfast because even on the Expedia site we are not advertising for breakfast. again very sorry for the inconvenience you may have faced during your stay we will address the issues. The room was sparce. No water glass, old rooms However the room was fairly clean Dirty floor.
