Staff was excellent. Very helpful. Great amenities. Pool, beach equipment, dining, laundry. Best location!!!

The hotel is old and dirty. I paid to upgrade my room because it was dirty and run down only to find more of the same. It was gross. You can also feel the springs in the beds and they did not change the sheets over a five night stay. Theyre.response to me is that they can charge what they do because they are close to the beach and have views. Finally, this is a very noisy location and the old windows and doors let all the noise se p in.location and the old the nois.not chang

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à cet hôtel. Les chambres sont un peu vieillotes mais très propres, le hall d'entrée est fabuleux pour relaxer et lire en prenant son café. On a accès facilement à la partie plus commerciale et vivante de Waikiki, tout en conservant un petit coin de tranquilité. On y trouve de bons restaurants et café autour de l'établissement.

Great stay - excellent location for walking from. However, space in the room (pool deck room) was very tight with 4 people and luggage - and not a lot of hanging space for towels
