I love the environment and just the people there are like really happy. Each employee there always has a smile on their face. Just really good people around.

We had a great night!! We were staying in Kona and wanted to explore Hilo a little more!! We had a dip in the pool, the scenery is amazing!! We then went to Happy hour and had a great time with Ralph!! Took a french dip back to our room to share with a salad and it was awesome!!! The area around the hotel is breathtaking for your morning walk!! We hope to go back!

Didn't care for free continental breakfast.
No proteins for energy.

Thank you, Joseph, for your comment. Continental Breakfast include an assortment of pastry, fresh fruits, juice and coffee. We do offer a full breakfast selection in our WSW Restaurant with an array of menu items to choose from. This though, is not complimentary. Mahlo for choosing the Hilo Hawaiian Hotel.

Never saw anything worse than the complimentary breakfast… every room got one plastic box (+plastic cutlery) to fill up to the top from the buffet - which was very poor itself. Most people throw box plus content away after tasting. Unbelievable waste production. However view on bay snd coconut island was good

Great hotel for the price!
Inskickad 12 jan. 2024 på HotelsOverall it was a great visit. The restroom needs attention as there’s spots of potential mold. Additionally the tub drain was clogged and needs attention. Room 522
