Room 811 was a disgrace. Mould in the frond door jam, lifted carpet exposing nails, empty bottles under the bed and a glass cutting board glued to the benchtop. This room was horrendous. I left 2 days early and was only given a small refund - it was too bad to stay any longer.
The cafe still had a sign up relating to COVID in 2020! Needs new management asap

I felt for the cost we didn't get anywhere near our money worth. We were only staying there after our house had no power and was damaged in the tornado that hit the gold coast on Xmas day. So already $3700 was a lot for a week due to our home being habitual

Staff was nice, bedding was clean, water warm. Holes in the walls, some covered with fresh plaster, carpet threadbare, $10.78 surcharge unexpected and not advised. Dried blood on the floor. Definitely NOT 4 stars
