Disappointed
Inskickad 6 jan. 2024 på HotelsWhen you arrive, at the reception, it is nice to talk standard English and not some kind of undescribable bunch of undetectable words which show no respect to a foreign guest. Secondly, no extra blanket in the very cold room, the hair conditioner was completely finished which made me interrupt my shower abruptly and finally: they never cleaned the room!!! Even though we left in the morning and came back late in the evening. Having said that at the reception, the receptionist did not even apologise. The service was NOT a 4 star hotel!!!!! I would never return here.

They only offer valet parking $51. When you look at the pictures looks like the hotel is by the water and the beach is across the street. They offer for extra charge breakfast buffet, we pay for it and theres no buffet. We pay for curve room, waste money and the room is very small.I think you can stay in a better place for a better price.

Whenever a guest books a breakfast package, it is not only for the buffet as we do not provide a breakfast buffet every day.
