Bed bugs
Inskickad 22 sep. 2019 på HotelsEtt riktigt uselt hotell! Duschen fungerade inte, rummet var så himla slitet och det värsta var att det kryllade av BED BUGS!!! Kvinnan i receptionen var total likgiltig inför att hela vår packning kryllade av bugs på morgonen! Så håll er långt väck härifrån!

The property was no longer owned or managed by OYO. Our room was very dirty and in disrepair, although beds were clean. It now caters to longer-term clients, almost as a low cost rental facility to clients in financial distress. The location was close to our family destination, so we put up with it and stayed 4 nights.

I guess you get what you pay for.
Towels were stained and grey - I took a shower but didn't use them.
Bathroom was old and somewhat clean - I decided to keep my flip flops on while taking a shower.
A large cockroach was crawling on my nightstand. I have seen just one, but I'm sure it wasn't the only one in the room.
Our key wasn't working when we tried to access the room. We had to walk all the way back and have a clerk let us in with a newly activated key.
They charged $50 to my cc for incidentals and such and they had refunded me $45. I tried to call and dispute the refund, but I was connected twice to a customer like myself being on hold. I have never got a chance to speak to a hotel representative from the hotel in Fort Lauderdale. How f…d up is that?!
We paid for a room with a king size bed and were downgraded to two twins. The front desk clerk said we would need to call the management & complain and we would get a full refund.
We did call and receive a call back from a girl from Puerto Rico who said we would be offered a 20% off our next reservation. Then she immediately asked me to fill out a survey and rate a customer service experience received WHILE still on the phone with her! It was a joke. Not only 20% off the next reservation is simply an assault given the circumstances, she insisted on taking a survey while on the phone with her twice!
The worst hotel related experience ever. Don’t stay at the hotel unless you absolutely have no other options.

Only benefit is close to beach. short drive. beds were old. tv reception is awful. front desk is rude and needs to learn customer service. they will not give your $100 deposit back. so I had to go through my credit card get make a dispute. RUN don't WALK from this roach invested place!

AVOID: Refused check in and refused to reimburse
Inskickad 2 feb. 2020 på HotelsOn December 29th 2019, we arrived at the hotel and the man at the front desk rudely said that their reservation system was down and that the hotel was full.
We had to book another hotel on short notice, which, on a side note, ended up being disgusting.
Worst part is, when we ask Hotel.com for a refund, this hotel LIED and claimed we actually stayed at the hotel, creating a story about us wanting a king bed or something like that.
Despite trying to convince Hotel.com on numerous occasions, despite the hotel having no proof that we stayed there (no ID, etc.) and despite the fact we actually booked the second hotel through Hotel.com on the same night, Hotel.com refused to reimbursed us.
We ended up paying 150$ for a crappy room we never slept in.
Avoid this place for your own good.

Reserve una habitación en el hotel OYÓ la empresa expedia me llamo para decirme que mi reservación se había cancelado me quiso re programar en otro hotel y según los agentes mi tarjeta no pasó dejaron de llamarme y ayer me doy cuenta que cobraron la habitación del hotel OYÓ la cual EXPEDÍA me había dicho que el hotel había cerrado y nunca me reubicó

when we arrived the lobby door was closed, I tried to cancel but I couldn't, then I had to pay for this horrible hotel without being there
