Internet is like water at a hotel…

There is a mandatory resortfee including 20 dollar food etc from the small cafe in the lobby a day! Strange way of keeping a twenty minute que there at al time… In the resort fee internet is also included, very strange. Every heap hotel offers internet, in this case we didn’t even get it to work…

Hotellet relativt fräscht på rummen men städning/bäddning uteblev trots att det stod i bokningen. Vi fick inga nya handdukar fastän vi pratade med receptionen. Helt ok frukost.

West tower is very old. TV - doesn’t work, refrigerator doesn’t work properly- not cool at all!

Hilton Marina - Unacceptable

I would never recommend the Hilton Marina Hotel to anyone. We stayed here prior to our cruise and the customer service was unacceptable. We arrived at 11:00 am and did not receive our room until 4:00 pm as we watched hundreds of others receive their room prior to us. We paid an upgrade for a marina view and didn’t even receive that. We were completely disappointed in the Hilton. We feel we were treated differently because we booked through a third party (Hotels). Every time we spoke to the front desk they were rude. We would absolutely never, ever stay here.

Disappointed in Hilton

The staff was not helpful at the front desk, the lines were long everywhere. I would never recommend this hotel at all. Just a very bad experience for our family. Room keys didn’t work, rooms were promised at a time and were not ready for another hour, staff was not responsive-just bad.
