Located south of the river on a quiet side street, this is an apartment hotel constisting of a small number of renovated units.
We got a top floor apartment which was top notch with modern design, A/C, full kitchen, great bathroom/shower and balcony with a stunning view of the Basilica di Santo Spirito church. No complaints whatsoever about the apartment since it was perfect and sparkling clean. The check-in was fast and the manager friendly. Some free Nespresso capsules were provided for the coffee machine, more could be purchased at reception.
All the popular sights of Florence are within a short walking distance, although you don't have to worry about noise here as the street is very quiet. Right around the corner is the Piazza Santo Spirito which has sort of a hipster vibe with loads of cafes and bars. Perfect place to start your evening with a beer.
All in all a beautiful place, would definitely stay again.

The room and bathroom are very spacious ! Great view to a courtyard and church out of room 7!
