Excellent staff in the breakfast room!
Inskickad 10 juli 2023 på HotelsExcellent staff in the restaurant!! The breakfast staff was efficient, observant and very attentative! Our room was clean, but the corridor was worn and carpet not fresh and full of stains.
Checking in took a lot of time...
The hotel was perfectly situated for our needs!

Inskickad 10 juli 2023 på HotelsVäldigt hårda kuddar, så vi bad om mjukare men skillnaden var minimal. Man blev dock lite van efterhand. Lite små saker som kändes slitna, men inget som påverkade upplevelsen. Vi vet ej hur frukosten var då vi åt det ute. Snabb service i reception, hjälpte gärna till men det märktes att de var upptagna. Skulle kunna tänka oss att bo där igen.

Great location. Comfy bed but the room wasn't very clean. Daily cleaning was of varying quality. One day they took all our toiletpaper so we hade to go down and ask for new rolls. The day after they took our towels but didn't replace them. The staff at front desk was very friendly and helped us out. Bathroom had a funky smell and wasn't very well ventilated. The door to the room was also hard to close and we saw other doors in the corridor that weren't properly closed.
