Trevlig personal i frukostmatsalen, men... Dålig städning på rummet. Golven städades inte under våra 4 övernattningar, de använda glasen byttes inte ut, toalettpapper fylldes inte på trots att det var slut. Slarvig bäddning, påslakanen var båda aviga. Toalettborste saknades, spolknapparna till toa mycket svåra att använda, igenkalkade? Hotellet motsvarade inte våra förväntningar. Vi har tidigare bott 3 ggr på Apex Temple Court och har mycket goda erfarenheter av detta Apexhotell.

Modernt, dyrt hotell med ”spa”
Inskickad 6 feb. 2023 på HotelsModernt hotell. Fruktansvärt ovärd frukost. 18 pund per person. Kaffemaskin med äckligt kaffe. Endast toast. Kalla waffles. Tre sorters uppskuren frukt, en konserverad.
”Spa” med endast en vanlig, liten pool, en ångbastu och en torrbastu. Inga tofflor eller badrock. Ingen dryck eller frukt på spat.
I det stora hela, fräscha, bekväma rum. Sköna sängar. Bra storlek. Lugnt område. Dyrt. Kommer inte bo där igen. Men helt ok.

Not greeted as vip, music far too loud in the lobby when the receptionist speaks so quietly so we didnt hear any of the information. We also booked as a stayover room the following day and the room still wasnt ready the check in at 1545

The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, especially on Christmas. The facility was comfortable and roomy, with lots of amazing extras like umbrellas to borrow in the lobby (those came in clutch!).
