Requested an infant bed which was never received. Arrived with my 2 and 7 year olds from England and had to share a small double which had a bed bug on! There were hairs in the shower and on the bathroom floor! The glass table was broken making it dangerous for kids. The TV didnt work properly either but was told there were no smart tvs. Due to the bed bugs we had to move rooms the same evening and the other room was more like i had actually booked and paid even had a smart tv!! The cleanliness still wasnt great though and while out shopping with my children I receive an email stating a reservation had been made elsewhere at another location, causing so much anxiety understandably! We made our way back and I couldn't get in as they couldn't give me the access code for the door. I booked an early flight home with my toddler and 7 year old who is autistic as the whole experience was really unsettling for her especially, what a waste of time and money! Definitely overpriced too!! I contacted Sonder customer services before leaving and having explained the situation to them they understood why I'd like a refund. The manager has since declined to give any form of a refund to myself and I have had not a single bit of communication from them either! Says it all really.

Had we known you needed one our team would've been happy to drop one off during your stay. Cleanliness is one of our top priorities, and we're sorry for falling short. Everything you need from a self catered room. Good amount of crockery and utensils, decent sized fridge etc.
We have controls over our room temperature which was great as we hate it hot and could turn the temp down.
I requested some extra pillows via the app - this isn’t something the apartments normally do but within minutes a member of staff brought me some. All staff members we met were polite and friendly which really made a difference.
The site itself doesn’t really have any views - it’s more of a base to stay in than a destination.
I would say the biggest issue was the bathroom and shower which smelt damp (though were clean) - there didn’t seem to be an extractor fan - and the very small shower. Overall for the location I think we got value for money.

Older building but nice. Everything worked inside. If you're traveling from America, youll need plug adapters for all electronics. Great Location
