Nice hotel but no breakfast included
Inskickad 17 juli 2022 på HotelsThe hotel was all in all good and clean and very well placed right next to the tram station and shopping mall. The only thing that was a bit dissapointing was that the breakfast wasn't included and it was as an addon a bit overpriced, as you could find a more reasonable breakfast at the mall right next to the hotel.

Está enfrente el tranvía que te lleva a toda la ciudad, tiene un restaurante muy agradable, nos tocó una habitación hermosa y siempre limpia, lo único el personal es muy poco comunicativo, pero creo es en general , pero en realidad la estancia de lo mejor

The initial room we were allocated had a broken sur conditioning system and cleanliness was not acceptable. We raised our concerns and the head housekeeper, Anna, came to our aid and resolved it by arranging another room. She went iut if her way to even assust with moving our bags to the new room. The second room was excellent and no complaints on anything. The hotel had great under cover parking and although a 30 minute tram ride to the city I found the location to be perfect for our 2 day stay.

This was a nice big family room. We had a view of the shopping complex which was lively. Location was great, you can walk to the shopping complex. Parking was perfect, the garge attaches to the hotel and it was free. The enterance you will need to park on the street and have someone in your party go to the enterance to check in. A wonderful lady checked us in and there was always somone at the front desk. Nice quiet, big rooms and very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Bargain comfortable stay

The TV had a variety of choice, so you could use your subscription to your favourite channels. The sound proof was amazing. The car park was free! There was a vending machine on the floor which was handy. All for €90. Bargain
