This property’s curtains didn’t close properly allowing all the street lights to hit directly on the bed. Also, hair was found all over the bathroom.

Desk staff unpleasant. No key available for room. Power went out. No assistance to help walk bags down THREE FLIGHTS as elevators were out. Plenty of other choices next time.

I waited so long that you asked me to leave my opinion after this experience at the Quinta Hotel in Romulus/Detroit/ MI OMG it was terrible. 1- I had to wait in the cold for the shuttle bus for more than an hour to take me to the hotel. 2- Arriving at the hotel after checking in, they gave me a room downstairs near the parking lot which has no heat, the room was really freezing, I called the front desk they told me sorry that they have no other rooms available to transfer me, if I want they can help me make another reservation elsewhere, or I have to pay extra money, OMG ! I spent a sleepless night in this cold, I am asking for a refund because it was really horrible. 😡👎
