Vi hade bokat två rum varav ett för tre personer. Ändå var det bara två sängar i det rummet. Personalen var otrevlig vid checkin, förutom deras concierge som var väldigt hjälpsam. Oerhört hög volym i barer och restauranger, vi fick inte sova på hela natten då de hade ett bröllop på hotellet och våra rum var precis ovanför. De ursäktade sig med att det inte fanns andra rum, ändå tyckte de att vi skulle sagt till mitt i natten för att byta rum? Visade sig att de ville ta betalt för frukosten fastän de sa vid checkin att den ingick, likaså ta betalt för apelsin”juice” vi fick be om då det inte fanns vid frukost. Den var mer saft. Fastän vi hade alla ovan klagomål med framförallt oväsendet så bjöd de inte på frukosten men vi fick betala för två stycken istället för fem. Oerhört otrevlig personal förutom några få undantag. Aldrig mer!

Business resa !

Mycket fin pool och gym ! Frukosten väldigt bra på den Indiska sidan men inte mycket att välja på för oss som inte vill äta indiskt till frukost! Däremot fanns det en väldigt bra indisk restaurang Baluchi för middag !! Vi har bott på Lalit flera gånger och kommer säkert att återvända igen .

Bad cleaning

The hotel is big and have a lot of facilities. But the cleaning was poor both in the room as that they did not clean the floor even if we asked them to do that every day during our stay. The toilet close to the reception smelled really bad all three days we where there.. The plugg to the sink was broken and that they did not fix. The price in the restaurant was 3x price than in a high class restaurant in the Diplomat blocks and it was ok but did not meet our expectations. And they charges extra for some starters they put out on the table we did not order. Total the building is big and nice but the maintainers and cleaness is poor. The price don't meet the expectations at all.

Bra service

Jag blev väldigt bra mottagen på The LaLiT. Även fast jag hade lyckats boka en ganska komplicerad resa hjälpte personalen mig med det mesta. Mycket bra service. Hotellet är väldigt stort och har fem restauranger. Jag hann testa de flesta av dem under min vistelse och jag är nöjd med samtliga.

Nice hotel, very friendly and hapefull stuff but busy at the breakfast to many people and very loudly.

Pretty good location. For hotel standards they have a great gym and the spa is nice too. Used to be 5 star but would need renovation to keep that standard up. Would give it 4 stars today.
