Inskickad 3 nov. 2019 på HotelsHotellet är tjusigt och elegant och jag upplever stämningen som tillgjord och insmickrande, påträngande och omogen. Detta gäller särskilt kvinnlig lobbypersonal. Intressanta samtal och lite avslappnat häng gick dock att få till med poolvakt och vissa i servisen. Inget bra ställe att bo själv på, om du är lite social och har behov av lite lättsamhet för trivselns skull.

stayed at the Taj Club, room, Little bit dated, tv service worked after Calling butler, breakfast very good, dinner at the orient express fantastic, prompt room service, Quick check in and out.
had to reactivate the elevator/room key card several times which was annoying. Quite area, fast transfer to Airport and shopping.

Best features are the food and staff. Breakfast is a grand sumptuous affair. Staff is super courteous and friendly. Common areas are very nice but rooms could use an update. Carpets need changing.
