We appreciate most the front desk officer , Vicky who has been most professional and helpful, most approachable and always wear a lovely smile. We travelled with our adult daughter n stayed for 2 nights. For the first night, we managed only to secure a one bedroom apartment due to high occupancy n a 2 bedrooms apartment for the 2nd night. We were most impressed and thankful for Vicky’s thoughtful arrangement . She made a seamless transfer to the other room and also upgraded us to a marvellous Han River view. Another pleasant encounter is we met again manager Nga again who in split second recognised us (we came before in Sept last year) and extended the warmest welcome to us. Overall, what we received is far above hospitality but most friendly and truly feel at home experience.

Terrible

Served me pork when menu showed no pork on the item ordered. As a Muslim pork is prohibited and to be serve pork in a fish burger, which didn’t include this in the menu, is a disgrace Won’t be using any Novotel hotel again!
