Poor customer service at Walnut Creek Marriott
Inskickad 30 dec. 2023 på HotelsValet did not attend to our car in a timely manner upon arrival and then said “sorry…”. Room had a broken tv service which was evident because tv controls not wrapped up and cable was disconnected. One lobby elevator set of buttons was not working. Was told buffet will be served next day. No buffet and not enough staff so breakfast was served over 1 hr from arrival.
During check out, only question asked was regarding e-mail of receipt. No questions regarding stay and never received the final receipt for room via e-mail. I have been to this Walnut Creek Marriott before and the service and hospitality were good. Very disappointing.

Inhospitable ambience.

I’ll never stay here again or recommend it.
