Close to Bart station. Good breakfast. Clean. Nice staff.
Problem is building design. Only 2 elevators worked and long waits for slow elevatir... Lack of Stairs ... one set is staff only through kitchen storage area...but i was allow to use them. The other set only exits outdoors.

Bad Front Desk - Great Everything Else
Inskickad 24 jan. 2024 på HotelsThis is a mixed review. The front desk was horrible at this place. We asked for 3 days in a row for our room to be cleaned. Only after getting upset with the staff at the front desk on the 3rd day, did it get cleaned. I blame the front desk, not the cleaning staff. No matter the time of day, the front desk staff looked and acted very unprofessional.
BUT, everything else and everyone else that worked there was great. When the room was finally cleaned - it was spotless. The wait staff for both food and drink were excellent. Valet staff - prompt and courteous.
Even though this property is older, I would recommend it.
I would also recommend the hotel put the front desk staff through some training!

La persona que está al frente del front desk fue muy descortés. Nos dio equivocada la habitación. Es necesario capacitarla.
