Good low price but you pay for what you get

I stayed in room 218 (which is right by the stairs to get to everywhere) could just be the room location, but you could hear stomping all night constantly waking me (like an angry person stomping on the ground as hard as possible) and it didn’t stop until almost midnight. The floor needs steam cleaned and had Multiple red stains (hoping it was food or makeup). Chairs and couch has holes in them and seemed in need of repair or close to it. Towels seemed to have stains on them from previous use that didn’t come out during the wash. Same as the bed sheets (I did not sleep in them only on). Located literally outside a busy McDonald’s so you there is a lot of traffic and people around. WiFi was not good, I could barely stream anything on my phone. Television were flat screens with barely basic cable. The pictures looked nice and probably were never updated from when they opened. Pool was open but it was occupied. Their gym had a treadmill and bowflex type machine (but it seemed outdated). They had free breakfast which seemed okay from the looks of it.

The parking is first come first service. It sucks when it’s cold because you have to park on the back and walk around the building to the front door. From 1-5am it smelled of weed smoke. It was coming from outside and through the air unit. The breakfast wasn’t that big and there was hardly any breakfast left at 9. The staff is super friendly and nice. The room needs updated and the amenities need to be update ASAP! It was a quiet stay just wish the weed smoke wasn’t coming inside my room. People need to move off the property and smoke. Would not recommend this place with children.
