Less Impressed this Visit
Inskickad 20 jan. 2024 på HotelsWe stayed here last year and had great customer service. Front desk was less friendly this year. Lobby was cold and majority of guests were there for an athletic event and they did not open breakfast a little early like other hotels in the area so that they were able to eat conveniently before competing. Had trouble with parking validation and with the cost of parking, it should not have been a hassle. Probably won’t go back next year.

You can't go wrong staying here!
Inskickad 17 jan. 2024 på HotelsThe staff was the best! So friendly and helpful! They keep up with communication to see how your stay is and if you need anything! The bartenders were amazing! Friendly and great drinks! The breakfast was amazing as well! Although, that is what Embassy Suites are known for. Hotel was clean, comfortable and peaceful! Definitely would recommend!!

Service was a plus
Inskickad 16 jan. 2024 på HotelsThe location has positives and negatives. Let's start with the positives -- good location, excellent service, and several nice amenities. The desk crew were excellent -- friendly and helpful. I'm not sure if they were lacking in staff, but the place was a times a little mess -- but it can be chaotic especially during the free breakfast. Also, we booked the place for several reasons but one reason was for the indoor pool. However, the pool is NOT heated and almost unswimmable because it was so cold.

Clean and comfortable
