Unexpected Stay
Inskickad 16 jan. 2024 på HotelsStayed at hotel after we missed our connecting flight. There were many delays and cancellations so there was a rush to the hotel shuttle and registration desk. Staff were friendly and patient as the handled the influx of people. Room was clean.

Comfortable
Inskickad 15 jan. 2024 på HotelsLast minute flight rebooking left us with nowhere to go for the night. Our stay here served its purpose comfortably. Good customer service, quick check in, clean & comfy beds, clean showers. Overall a great experience.

If youre looking for a cheap place just to stay for a night or 2, it's fine. At a glance, its clean. If you look for issues you'll find them. A roach on the counter 2nd morning and moldy/dusty air vents. Could be worse. Across the parking lot is the gentlemans club, not an oceanside view but not a dumpster I guess. We were incorrectly charged an extra $418, but its being taken care of by a front desk employee (a gentleman) who was amazing. He made a phone call for me and gave me everything i needed to handle it. I emailed the manager regarding the situation, and complimenting her employee and havent heard back (it is the weekend). So overall, it could be worse. But it definitely could have been a little cleaner...

Unreliable airport shuttle!
Inskickad 13 jan. 2024 på HotelsShuttle service to airport was awful! We only booked this hotel because of the complimentary shuttle service for an overnight layover that we had. We were told the shuttle would be there to pick us up in 15-20 minutes. Over an hour later, we were picked up and they couldn’t fit everyone in the shuttle. We checked into hotel around midnight (flight landed at 9:30) and was told the shuttle we needed in the morning was full, but we could get on the shuttle a half hour earlier. So we signed up for that. Received a call in the middle of the night that the shuttle couldn’t accommodate us and we would have to leave an hour before we needed to. Unbelievable! We ended up taking an Uber instead.
Rooms were decent, but did encounter an individual outside the elevator that appeared to be a squatter and obviously on drugs at the time. A bit sketchy.
Front desk clerk was friendly and did the best so could.
