Det var väldigt svårt att lokalisera rummet då hotellet var som en labyrint. Det fanns heller ingen hiss vilket är ett minus när man har en stor väska. Parkering ingår inte och man måste betala extra för detta vilket jag tycker är lite snålt av hotellet. Det var okej men jag tror jag skulle kolla efter något annan om jag skulle åka till Canberra igen.

Staff ignored me standing at the front glass doors for 15 minutes on arrival despite pressing the doorbell, intercom repeatedly. Only entered because other guests exited the building. No apology once inside despite seeing me waiting.

Staff lovely, room clean, sofa bed needs to be replaced unserviceable. Property clean and functional but needs a spruce up including paint and new carpets/decor etc.
