The staff seemed slightly inconvenienced when I requested extras. The property was not in great shape, the carpet tacks poked through and the bathroom mirror was cracked.The price was reasonable, but I don't think I would return it was disappointing

There is never an inconvenience to provide extras where needed and possible, however, you received what you requested as soon as I had someone available to bring everything to you. Thank you for the issues you pointed out in the room. Hope to see you again.

Paint and plaster cracked throughout room. Beds were oddly springed and noisy getting in/out.

Good value for the price. Not somewhere you’d stay for long but was perfect for our one night stay.

Thank you for staying with us. very sorry you feel that you can not stay with us for the long term, however, we do have a doctor who is staying long term with us and many other guests who come from out of town to work and require a long-term stay. I wish I knew what made you have these feelings and I could do something about it to change your opinion on a long-term stay with us.

This is a basic roadside motel. The place was last decorated sometime in the early 1920s, with thin walls and even thinner towels. The hot water runs out, you hear every noise, the floors were sticky, the sheets were dirty, the door didn't even lock properly.. we were happy to depart. In short, a typical roadside motel experience.

This property was OK. It wasn’t all that clean, and it was a bit rundown. It seems like it needs some maintenance. I think I would look for another place to stay in Needles next time.

Very nice.
