Inskickad 18 okt. 2021 på HotelsHotellet ligger centralt vilket är väldigt bra. Det saknades väldigt många detaljer i själva rummen som bland annat tofflor samt vissa häng skyltar mm. Rummen var dammiga samt att det fanns slängda papper under sängen. En annan viktig detalj för mig var att vi frågade om sen utcheckning dagen innan. Receptionisten tittade i sin skärm och sa att vi kunde checka ut klockan 15:00 i stället för 12:00 vilket var ordinarie tiden för utcheckning . Vi gjorde alla våra planer enligt utchecknings tiden som skulle nu vara 15:00.Utchecknings dagen frågade jag receptionisten För att säkerställa tiden för
utcheckning som var nu 15:00. Damen som arbetade i receptionen gick inte med på den nya uppdateringen dvs dagen innan godkänna tiden för utcheckningen. Detta gjorde att alla våra planer den sista dagen i Budapest föll pga oseriös behandling😞
